Brought to you by Lipault.
Ah so I’m back in Perth, Australia from our summer 2015 Europe vacation and after three weeks of exploring Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and the south of France I can easily say a huge thank you to my Lipault Lady Plume Weekend Bag as it was the best item I took with me.
Designed by French designer, François Lipovetsky in 2005, I picked up my Lipault Lady Plume Weekend Bag along with a Lipault Original Plume spinner from Myer, choosing my favourite colour, Violet, from four shades in this exciting range; being Chocolate, Duck Blue and Orange too.
After 17 hours of flying across the world we finally arrived in Amsterdam and almost immediately took to the bicycles to live like locals in the incredible city. Naturally I packed my Lipault Lady Plume Weekend Bag to take with me, as it was the perfect size for storing my camera, accessories and a light overcoat – with ample space for all the shopping I did in between exploring the city too.
It was not only a fashion statement (yes it turned heads with its durable and silky nylon fabric – giving it a luxurious look as others noticed it instantly); it was easy and comfortable to ride with too.
We then started our journey to the south of France by car with Brussels being our first stop along the way.
We voyaged around this historical city on foot with our friend’s lovable dachshund, Klaartje. Stopping occasionally to take in the sights and to capture a few photographs too.
Before driving further down to the south of France where we explored quaint villages, relaxed poolside in the summer sun and caught up on some light reading also.
Then we landed back in one of my favourite cities; Paris, for a few days of sight seeing and shopping along the Champs-Élysées.
I took my Lipault Lady Plume Weekend Bag with me every step of the way as it matched my style and furthermore, it was ideal for all the items I needed to store within it too.
The Lipault Lady Plume Weekend Bag was the perfect travel companion with its lightweight and fashionable physique. Not only is it ideal for a weekend away, but it’s perfect for international travel too!
