Melinda Looi Sets The Level For Savoir Faire Perth Fashion Week

Savoir Faire Perth Fashion Week opened with the most intricately embellished and detailed gowns Perth has ever seen at the Melinda Looi runway show on April 19, 2012.

The gowns were nothing short of incredible with part of the runway collection having strong Japanese accents and the other half focusing on neutral palettes fit for a princess.

Each garment had a treasure trove of WOW factors – some with beautiful lace and shimmer trimmed sleeves, others with chiffons and silks that were breathtaking. Plus an abundance of garments with fine luxurious embroidery and exquisite semi-precious stones, crystals and beads dripping from them.

The hair and makeup was astonishing, as models sashayed down the runway wearing headpieces and chopsticks – completing the looks from head to toe to create an awe impacted audience.

What a fabulous and exciting entry parade for the inaugural Savoir Faire Perth Fashion Week.
