Maurice Meade New Talent Runway

The creative talent’s were a flow at the Maurice Meade new talent ‘Runway Carnivale’ parade on Monday evening at the Astor Theatre in Mount Lawley.

Celebrating the successes of the hair trade, the parade started with the Apprentices of the future; showcasing 7 models, 3 local designers (Jess Zainudin, Tahlia Maree and Rachel Motteram) and an abundance of creative wealth in the hair department.

Next were the incredibly talented hair and make-up artists, to whom were given the brief to create a completely original, innovative look in their interpretation of the ‘Carnivale’ theme.  And the looks were nothing short of incredible:

Boasting feathers, beaded chains and a skirt of balloons fit for a fashion queen!

Last but not least, the Maurice Meade Graduates took over the runway and rose to the challenge with some pretty amazing looks for 2012!
