The Marc Jacobs spring 2020 runway show was the finale collection to show at New York Fashion Week. And it sure didn’t disappoint!
At the very beginning, all of the models entered the room at the same time. Giving guests a flourishing array of the design houses latest collection.
The models then proceeded to walk through the sporadically placed guests. Before the catwalk formed and each design was singularly showcased in front of them.
Plenty of plaid and florals featured. Along with ruffles, pops of colour and muted earthy tones. Lending an ode to generations of fashion decades that had been before.
Cowboy inspired ensembles seemed to be the most reoccurring theme. As were the array of incredibly diverse hats that were on display.
Our stand-out favourites were the sharp separates, quirky prints and those butterfly sunglasses (reminding us of something Mariah Carey would have pulled off in the 90’s tbh!)
