I love keeping my hair healthy so that’s why I frequent products by Kérastase. My hair and scalp seem both to love them! So naturally I was excited to hear about the new Kérastase Discipline Fondant Fluidealise range of products.
The range aims to perfect unmanageable hair by putting an end to unwanted frizz. Plus it cuts down on blow drying time as well… So I couldn’t wait to try the shampoo and masque on my ‘somewhat’ unmanageable tresses.
I’ve had a lot of regrowth peek through since using the Kérastase Paris Densifique earlier this year. And whilst that is fantastic (and I’m beyond happy with those results), it has meant that the smaller hairs around my hairline and on top of my head can become a little unruly at times.
Not only that, my hair is pretty long and coarse. So each morning I usually spend between 15 and 20 minutes blow drying it and that’s just to dry it off.
Here are some before images of my hair (please excuse my sleepy eyes!):
They were photographed on Monday 4th of August when I went in for the initial in-salon element of the treatment at Maurice Meade. It took just over an hour to complete the treatment process.
And below are some after images of my hair. These were photographed on Thursday 4th of September and Sunday 7th of September:
After five weeks of using Kérastase Discipline Fondant Fluidealise I’ve definitely noticed its smoothing effects on my fly aways. Plus it smells divine too!
I was also a little sceptical about it cutting down on my blow drying time initially. So I’ve been timing each dry off ever since. And undoubtedly it has reduced my blow drying time down to under 10 minutes. Which is a miracle in itself as it usually takes me a lot longer just to dry my hair off. Bonus!
I can quite happily say that Kérastase Discipline Fondant Fluidealise is now my go-to hair care product!
And will be all year round… I couldn’t recommend it more!
