Perth beauties braved cyclonic weather on Sunday to show Australia’s Next Top Model judges what the West is made of.
Over 100 Perth girls auditioned for FOX8’s 7th season of the reality tv series. Which will see contestants live together in a luxury house while they battle it out on national television to become the last model walking the runway.
The dream on most young girl’s minds is just this: to go from ‘girl next door’ to an international cover girl and runway model. Almost over night! And this is their opportunity…
But auditioning is just the first step to winning! And if they are in fact successful, they’ll secure an exclusive contract with leading modelling agency Chic Management. Which in itself is no easy feat – especially straight out of the gates of their new found career.
Alas, Chic Management represents the likes of Miranda Kerr, Abbey Lee, Catherine McNeil, and many more incredible Australian supermodels, so if they do pull this off then it’ll be the beginning of their new found career.
So, who will be Australia’s Next Top Model 2011 winner?
We’ll just have to wait and see. Right!?
Australia’s Next Top Model 2011 is set to air in June on Fox8.
Vicky began her career writing fashion, lifestyle and music related articles for a diverse range of print and digital media outlets. Shortly thereafter – upon discovering that a vast majority of the fashion industry were being out-shadowed by the commercial conglomerates of the world – Vicky (who equally grew tired of having no creative freedom herself) set out to create her own digital publishing platform that focused on promoting the incredible talents of all creatives within the fashion industry. Which is how The Fashion Catalyst began in 2009.
