Russell James To Shine International Spotlight On Perth Fashion
High profile Perth born celebrity fashion photographer Russell James has been confirmed as Perth Fashion Festival’s (PFF) International Ambassador for 2010.

The New York based celebrity, who makes regular television and red carpet appearances, has featured his work in publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle and Marie Claire.
Russell is also the lead photographer for iconic lingerie label Victoria’s Secret and has photographed the likes of WA Supermodel Nicole Trunfio, Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima, Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, Erin Wasson and Karolina Kurkova.
Perth Fashion Festival Founder and Director, Mariella Harvey-Hanrahan said, “We could not be more excited, Russell is at the pinnacle of his profession and is extremely well-known and highly respected within the fashion community.”
Industry insider’s are touting Russell’s appointment as a clear indication that the PFF has made its mark on the international stage.

At the hit Frock Swap Party, hosted by Lisa Fernandez from 92.9’s Brekky Crew, guest’s were invited to take a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 item’s and could only swap one-for-one item.
Dresses were also donated by V.I.Perthalites Lisa Scaffidi, Amy Zempilas, Natalia Cooper, Candice Falzon, Premier Colin Barnett’s Wife, Monika Kos, Mindy from Rogue Traders and 92.9’s Lisa Fernandez, giving guest’s a great selection of designer frocks from Leona Edmiston, Ruth Tarvydas, Lisa Ho, Madame Marie, Luxe, Miin, Sportscraft, Ladakh, ME too and many more.
Wife in waiting, Micky Driessen, was also pleasantly surprised to find her wedding dress on the racks and brought most to tears when it fit just perfectly.
